The Geenty Group brokers 3 leases totaling 4,757 s/f

Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group, Realtors, leased 2,700 s/f of office and shop space at 801 North Main St. Extension. The tenant is Cetro America, Inc., and they are relocating their business from Hamden. They provide distribution, manufacturing, engineering, and refurbishing of medical equipment and materials. Maya Cianciolo is the firm's president. The landlord, the Verna Family Insurance Trust, was represented by Kristin Geenty, SIOR and Kevin Geenty, SIOR. In another transaction, Stratton leased 1,200 s/f of office space at 139 Mill Rock Rd. East in the Old Saybrook Business Park. The tenant is S. H. Training Concepts, Inc. The company offers instrument flight training courses for private pilots using portable simulators that can be used at a client's site. Thomas Seymour is the firm's president. The landlord, Mill Rock Leasing, LLC, was represented by Kevin Geenty, SIOR. Bill Clark, senior vice president at The Geenty Group, Realtors, leased 857 s/f at 71 West Main St. in Branford. Yaritza Cabrera plans to open a new beauty salon, as her business has grown and needs a larger space. Clark was the sole agent in the transaction. The landlord is 71 West Main, LLC.
