According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, White Tiger Martial Arts, LLC has leased 2,375 s/f of commercial space at 38 South Tpke. Rd. The landlord, New Beginnings Realty, LLC, was represented by Albert Scafati, senior commercial advisor, while the tenant was represented by Debbie Goldberg, also of Press/Cuozzo Realtors.
Also, the first of three office condominiums recently closed at Hitchcock Park, 1151 South Main St., Cheshire at $346,000. This is the existing two-story c.1770 structure that will be occupied by Dana Bartone & Company, LLC and used as a hair salon. The buyer was represented by Sally Bowman of Sally Bowman Real Estate.
