The Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker sells 2,400 s/f office space
Johnston, RI The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division listed and sold a 2,400 s/f office building located at 2695 Hartford Ave.
The office building is located on two lots totaling 18,000 s/f with parking. New upgrades include a new HVAC system, septic, electrical and fire alarm system.
The new owner, attorney Scott Pollard, will be using this space for his legal practice and a mortgage company.
