Lila Delman Real Estate completes $1.525 million sale
421 Atlantic Avenue - Westerly, RIWesterly, RI Lila Delman Real Estate International has sold 421 Atlantic Ave. The beachfront residence sold for $1.525 million, marking the second highest price for a beachfront home in Misquamicut year-to-date, according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide MLS.
Lila Delman Real Estate International was both the listing and selling company. Lori Joyal, manager of the Watch Hill office, represented the sellers and Geb Masterson, sales associate, represented the buyer.
“This is Lila Delman Real Estate International’s third sale of beachfront in Misquamicut this year. 2017 has seen a rebound in the demand for beachfront properties as exemplified in these three significant sales,” said Joyal.
