The Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker sells 158 acres
Ann Foncellino, Coldwell Banker CommercialFoster, RI The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker Commercial listed and sold a large tact of land consisting of 158 acres.
The vacant land is zoned as residential with lot sizes of 4.6 acres each. It was formerly owned by the Cranston Rod and Gun Club, used by its members only for many years.
The new owner, Anthony DiFazio, will develop it into a working agricultural farm, producing crops that will be marketed to the local economy, and he will also use it for personal use. The land is located at the corner of Pierce Rd. and Old Plainfield Pike.
Coldwell Banker Commercial is part of the oldest and most respected national real estate brand in the country.
