BisMarc and Joseph W. Accetta & Associates broker sales totaling $3.857 million

Providence, RI Brenda Marchwicki of BisMarc Properties, LLC, and Joseph Accetta of Joseph W. Accetta & Associates, Inc., completed the sale of eight properties totaling $3.857 million.

• 695 North Main St. in Providence sold from Bowen Investments, Inc., to Wired2Ten, LLC. The 1,300 s/f building on 22,000 s/f of land was formerly a donut shop. It will continue as a fast food enterprise. The sale price was $400,000.

• St. Leo the Great School at 723 Central Ave., Pawtucket sold for $600,000. St. Leo’s Church Corp. sold the school to the City of Pawtucket School Department. The 21,258 s/f school will continue to be the same use.

• 222 Warwick Ave., Cranston was sold for $260,000. The seller was A&B Property Brokers, Inc. The buyer was Michael Rego. The 3,900 s/f property on a 12,800 s/f site will continue to be utilized as an auto body shop. Norman Harrison of The Realty Center represented the buyer.

• 826 Newport Ave. and a parking lot on Littlefield Street in Pawtucket sold for $712,000. The ten-unit 12,007 s/f shopping plaza on a 17,000 s/f site is also known as “Kip’s Corner.” Sylvia Stamm of MG Properties represented the buyers, Ashok Patel & Gordon Hyde. The sellers were B&K Realty Trust.

• 1 Volturno St., North Providence, a former Knights of Columbus Hall was sold for the St. Anthony’s Club for $500,000 to Saving Grace Worship Center. The fifty-year-old, 5,562 s/f building on a 2.01-acre site bordering Canada Pond will be used for a house of worship.

• 215 Jefferson Blvd., Warwick was sold by Jefferson Colorado, LLC to Excel Tire Gauge for $925,000. The 19,226 s/f industrial building is on a 38,333 s/f site. Steven Spirito of Re/Max Professionals/Commercial represented the buyer.

• St. Cecilia Convent at 1253 Newport Ave., Pawtucket was sold for $715,000 to Martins Realty. The seller was St. Cecilia Church Corp. The buyer was represented by Janet Towner of Benchmark Real Estate. The property comprises the 12,572 s/f convent together with a former rectory on a 1.3-acre site at the corner of Central Ave.

• 573-575 Armistice Blvd., Pawtucket sold for $245,000. This is a 2,145 s/f building on a 5,227 s/f site. The sellers were Gary and Connie McNally. The buyers were Glen and Lisa Topping.
