The Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker completes $500,000 sale

Taunton, MA The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division listed and sold a retail building located at 247 Broadway for $500,000. It was formerly a Friendly’s Restaurant. The 5,000 s/f building is located on a 23,000 s/f lot on Rte. 138.
The buyer is Dr. Munal Salem, who established the Alpha Dental Center in 2002. While active in his practice, he also oversees all Alpha Dental and Alpha Dental affiliate offices throughout southeastern Mass., Cape Cod and Rhode Island.
The seller is P&M Realty. The building will undergo extensive renovations.
