Conway Commercial Group leases 8,000 s/f

Providence, RI Jim Conway of Conway Commercial Group at WR Commercial Real Estate leased 8,000 s/f to Spring Forth Dog Services, LLC at 185 Swan St. The metal building, with two 14’ overhead doors was built in 2006.

Conway represented the lessor, Swan Properties, LLC.

Spring Forth Dog Services acquired the industrial space to accommodate their rapid expansion and business growth. Established in 2012, they provide group and one-on-one training, and will be adding additional dog related services including a retail counter.
