The Taylor Group of RPL Commercial has leased 750 s/f at 302 Lockwood on the West Side of the city. The lessee is Marks of Identity, a distributor of body art supplies. It is a two-year net lease and with a price of $9.60 per s/f. Michael Gray is the proprietor of the new business.
