Hardy and Feiner of MG Commercial sell 2,300 s/f restaurant - $375,000
Steve Hardy and Dan Feiner of MG Commercial Real Estate Services facilitated the sale of 430 Newport Ave.
Hardy represented the seller, Unity Bank and Feiner represented the buyer, Cilantro Mexican Grill.
The property is a one level, 2,300 s/f, free standing restaurant located in the Rumford section of the city. The sale took place on September 30, at a selling price of $375,000.
Cilantro Mexican Grill will open their fifth restaurant in R.I. by the first quarter of 2010. Cilantro is also located in downtown Providence, North Providence, Coventry, and Newport.
