Bethel, CT Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) has completed the following transactions:  • Dan Neaton of SCRE represented the seller of 11 Durant Ave. in Bethel in the $6 million sale of the 71,000 s/f fully leased, industrial property.

Westbrook, CT Lumber 2 Leather, a baseball and softball training company, purchased the industrial building at 119 Spencer Plains Rd. Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development sales agent and development associate Sam Lyman represented the seller, OSCT, LLC. Will Braun of O,R&L Commercial represented the buyer. The building is located just off I-95, Exit 66. Sale price was $1 million.
