Lyman Real Estate represents seller in sale of 8,000 s/f facility

Westbrook, CT Lumber 2 Leather, a baseball and softball training company, purchased the industrial building at 119 Spencer Plains Rd. Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development sales agent and development associate Sam Lyman represented the seller, OSCT, LLC. Will Braun of O,R&L Commercial represented the buyer. The building is located just off I-95, Exit 66. Sale price was $1 million.

Lumber 2 Leather Baseball & Softball Player development is headed by Connecticut native and former major league baseball player Eric Campbell. Campbell had a 14-year career with the New York Mets, Miami Marlins, Oakland Athletics, and Seattle Mariners. Lumber 2 Leather has turned the 8,000 s/f building into a indoor baseball training facility. It includes seven 60-foot batting and pitching tunnels, a dedicated strength and conditioning area, and a pro shop. The tunnel system can also fully retract, creating an open 60’ x 90’ turf infield. Lumber 2 Leather is now open and offering memberships.

Reveneer relocates to 9,800 s/f office space at TradeCenter 128

Woburn, MA Reveneer has relocated its global inside sales operation from Burlington to Woburn. Formerly headquartered on Burlington Mall Rd., the firm now occupies 9,800 s/f at Cummings’ landmark TradeCenter 128 business and technology campus.
