The Geenty Group, Realtors complete six-year lease for 15,000+ s/f

Old Saybrook, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors reports a six-year lease of 15,326 s/f at 139 Mill Rock Rd. E. The Tenant is Infiltrator Water Technologies, LLC (Infiltrator).

Craig Taylor, vice president of Infiltrator, negotiated the transaction for the Tenant. The Tenant makes infiltrators for filtering septic wastes and other liquid items which need to be filtered. Their manufacturing plants are in the southern United States while their corporate headquarters, Research & Development, and other office functions are in Old Saybrook.

Infiltrator occupies space in two other buildings in The Old Saybrook Business Park and has been a tenant in the Business Park for 24 years. This space will be used by their R& D team and serve other future uses to be determined. Attorney John Kozich of Harris, McClellan, Binau & Cox, PLL in Columbus, Ohio, represented the Tenant. The Landlord is Mill Rock Leasing, LLC. Kevin Geenty was the sole broker in this transaction.
