Hartford, CT The Connecticut/ Western Massachusetts chapter of SIOR has completed its semi-annual membership survey of commercial real estate market conditions. The survey is based on market activity for the period July 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 within Connecticut and western Massachusetts in the office and industrial sectors. 

Monroe, CT Vidal/Wettenstein has leased 9,159 s/f of the industrial building at 580 Pepper St. to Broadband Technical Resources (BTR), a division of ITG Communications, based in Hendersonville, Tenn. BTR will be working on the wiring and fiber installation for Comcast throughout the region.

Hartford, CT The principals of Amenta Emma are implementing a number of forward-looking changes in leadership at the award-winning design firm, including naming Michael Tyre as president. Tyre will serve as president-elect until assuming the role of president in January of 2025.

Milford, CT Chris O’Hara, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty, completed the sale of 330 Woodmont Rd. O’Hara represented the buyer United Electric Controls in the purchase from seller, Airgas USA.  The 5,800 s/f building on 1.59 acres was purchased for $900,000.
