New Haven, CT Pearce Real Estate marks Jada Kranz the latest addition to the local office location. With her background in real estate, construction, and design, along with her exceptional communication skills and passion for client satisfaction, Kranz is poised to make an impact in helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams.

A native to Bethany, Kranz brings local knowledge and expertise to her role as a real estate agent. Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Kranz honed her skills through an internship at a local real estate brokerage firm. Additionally, she worked for her family business, Kranz Construction, where she served as an office administrator, design consultant, and property manager.

Known for her communication skills and eagerness to assist clients, Kranz is committed to making the home buying process as seamless as possible. She understands the importance of listening to clients’ needs and works tirelessly to ensure their dreams of homeownership become a reality.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Kranz enjoys skiing, photography, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
