Worcester, MA Synergy, a real estate investor, operator, and manager, has launched Top of the Tower, an event space situated on the top two floors of the city’s iconic Glass Tower at 446 Main St. Following a launch party held at the space, Top of the Tower has already hosted a variety of events with a robust schedule ahead, offering an array of options from private parties to conferences and professional gatherings.

Situated in downtown, Top of The Tower offers views of the cityscape through its floor-to-ceiling windows. This world-class venue has amenities and is strategically designed to cater to a range of events.

446 Main St., a 24-story class A office building, is the city’s largest and most recognizable landmark. Acquired by Synergy in the fall of 2019, the building has undergone extensive renovations aimed at restoring its status as the crown jewel of the city’s office market. The investment includes upgrades to building systems and the addition of amenities such as a tenant-exclusive gym, Wi-Fi connected lounge, collaborative outdoor space, new retail options, and an expanded main building lobby.

“We are proud to introduce Top of The Tower as the newest addition to Worcester’s event scene,” said David Greaney, CEO of Synergy. “This space offers unparalleled views of Worcester from its prime location atop the Glass Tower. It reflects our ongoing commitment to revitalizing this landmark building and contributing to the vibrant Worcester community.”

“Top of The Tower is the perfect setting for corporate events and parties, and its success thus far is a testament to its appeal,” said Amy LeBlanc, manager at Synergy. “The Glass Tower stands as an iconic symbol within our community, and being able to breathe new life into its upper floors with Top of The Tower has been an honor.”

With its convenient location, tenants and guests of Top of The Tower can enjoy easy access to local hotels, transportation hubs, and an attached parking garage accommodating 600 vehicles. Union Station is just a short walk away for commuters, and Route 146 provides quick access to I-90 (the Massachusetts Turnpike).

As a locally owned and operated company, Synergy is committed to delivering personalized, hands-on management to its tenants and contributing positively to the City of Worcester. Currently, Synergy is redeveloping the largest office-to-residential conversion in Massachusetts at Chestnut Place in downtown Worcester, MA. The two-building property is set to bring 198 new market-rate apartments and 22 affordable apartments to the region.
