Content of Peabody Properties achieves Certified Professional of Occupancy designation

Braintree, MA According to Peabody Properties, an affiliate of The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, Ashley Content has received Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) designation through the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA). As such, Content has successfully completed the comprehensive program for affordable housing property management staff.

Content, who joined Peabody in November of 2023, is the assistant property manager at Mazur Park Apartments in Lowell, Mass.

“It’s a pleasure to announce Ashley’s designation as CPO,” said Erin Simas, learning & development manager with The Peabody Cos. “The entire Peabody community extends congratulations on this great accomplishment.”
