44 Danielson Pike was purchased by Michael and Karen Martin and consists of a 2,556 s/f building on 15.1 acres of land which the buyers are renovating for office/retail use. 2138 Mendon Rd. Unit 202 in the Cumberland Medical Center is a 1,986 s/f medical office condominium that was purchased by Dr. Angeles Felix and will be used for his dental practice.
