Thomas Sweeney, SIOR of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented BFS Holdings, Inc. in the sale of 44 Danielson Pike in Foster and 2138 Mendon Rd., Unit 202 in Cumberland. 44 Danielson Pike was purchased by Michael and Karen Martin and consists of a 2,556 s/f building on 15.1 acres of land which the buyers are renovating for office/retail use. 2138 Mendon Rd. Unit 202 in the Cumberland Medical Center is a 1,986 s/f medical office condominium that was purchased by Dr. Angeles Felix and will be used for his dental practice.
