Berlinsky of Equity Advisory Group named 2013 Realtor of the Year
Richard Berlinsky, broker of Equity Advisory Group, LLC in East Greenwich, has been selected 2013 Realtor of the Year by the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors (RICABOR). This prestigious award is based on his outstanding contributions and his leadership in the real estate industry. Berlinsky was the 2011 president of RICABOR. Berlinsky is a current director for the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors and the RI Association of Realtors.
Berlinsky chairs the Rhode Island Association of Realtors education committee and has been committed to expanding programming to commercial practitioners and appraisers during his tenure. Berlinsky has achieved the National Association of Realtors designation of RAA, Residential Accredited Appraiser and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI).
RICABOR is the only Realtor board in Rhode Island serving the needs of commercial and appraisal licensees. Real estate and appraisal professionals throughout Rhode Island and neighboring states are welcome to join.
