Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal sells Salvation Army location for $485,000
Cranston, RI Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented The Salvation Army of Rhode Island in their recent sale of 34 Commercial St.
The property is the former fire station in Pawtuxet Village, and most recently served as an office space for The Salvation Army. The property was sold for $485,000 to a private party.
