The 6,000 s/f Higgins-Burdick House was built in 1894, is a three family Queen Anne style house located withing the Historic District within walking distance to shopping and dining in Hope Village.

The new owner plans on updates and will remove old heating system and replace with seperate gas units and removal of asbestos.
