Sweeney Real Estate completes $985,000 sale and leases 7,000 s/f
Ferranti Properties LLC sold 16,800 s/f of space at 29 Lark Industrial Dr. to the Carlyle Johnson Machine Company for $985,000. Coast to Coast Promotions plans to lease back 4,370 s/f of office space, while the Carlyle Johnson Machine Company will occupy the 7,300 s/f of warehouse space. Kevin Casey, of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal was the exclusive broker for this transaction.
Boucher 1275, LLC leased 7,000 s/f of office space at 1275 Wampanoag Trail in East Providence to The Dawson Group, Inc. for a five-year term. Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal hold the exclusive listing for this space, which currently has 17,000 s/f of space available.
