Coldwell Banker team selected to market Reynold's Farm development

According to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, The Stone Alliance, one of the top-producing sales teams in New England, affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Warwick, has been selected to exclusively market and sell Reynolds Farm. Reynolds Farm, a 200-plus new home development that is currently under construction off of Post Rd., is one of the largest subdivisions to be undertaken in the state of Rhode Island in 50 years. Reynolds Farm, designed and built by H.A. Fisher Homes, Rhode Island's exclusive Woman-Centric homebuilder, will include single-family homes, single-level condominiums and live-work townhomes when it is completed. The homes will range in size from 1,500 to 2,100 s/f. A highlight of the single-family homes is the inclusion of an optional Casita, a private space that includes a separate entrance, kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Designed for multi-generational living, Casitas can be used by retiring parents, post-college adult children or other family members. "Reynolds Farm will introduce a new vibrancy to North Kingstown. The homes are conveniently located near the shops and restaurants of Wickford Village and will appeal to buyers who seek a sense of community and desire the convenience of being close to local amenities," said Hugh Fisher, founder and president of H.A. Fisher Homes.
