Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal facilitates
sale of 594 Great Rd.
North Smithfield, RI Thomas Sweeney, SIOR, of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the owners of 594 Great Rd., in the sale of their property to SAM24, LLC.
The property, a 17,929 s/f multi-tenanted medical office building.
Tenants include North Smithfield Urgent Care, Elite Physical Therapy, Lifespan Laboratories and family physicians.
The buyers, SAM24, LLC, were represented by Andy Kushner and Mike Milano of Spinnaker Group.
