The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker leases 1,500 s/f with Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal
Warwick, RI The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker commercil division and Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal listed and leased 1,500 s/f of office space with co-shared conference room and kitchen at 931 Jefferson Blvd.
Foncellino represented the landlord, Germani Title Company. Sweeeney represented the tenant R.I. Assn. of General Contractors.
The 75,000 s/f building is located in Jefferson Gateway Park, which has two 3-story office buildings. Located at the off ramp of T.F. Green International Airport connector, and near Providence and amenities on Post Rd.
The new tenant will use the space for their corporate office location
