Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal and Hayes & Sherry lease 4,387 s/f office space
West Warwick, RI Chicago Title Insurance Company signed a lease agreement at 1300 Division Rd. The firm leased 4,387 s/f in the Gardens Office Park. The firm plans on occupying the space come early September 2023.
Thomas Sweeney, SIOR of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented Chicago Title and Matt Fair of Hayes & Sherry represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
