Buffum and Masterson of Mott & Chace sell 60-acre Horseshoe Farm for $3.5 million

Westerly, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty negotiated the sale of 9A Bradford Rd. for $3.5 million. The sellers were represented by Desa Buffum and Geb Masterson, both sales associates of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The buyer was represented by Cynthia Moretti of Lila Delman Compass.

Horseshoe Farm was designed to accommodate gathering of friends amid the equestrian facilities. Set on nearly 60 acres, the property has miles of trails and landscapes while maintaining privacy. With multiple residences on the property, a pool, two barns and 20 horse stalls, it is an estate while also providing access to the ocean and local beaches.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest sale in Westerly year-to-date, and the highest sale in the village of Bradford on record.
