Warwick, RI The Temple AM David located at 40 Gardiner St. sold for $400,001 to Rhode Island Hindu Temple Society, Inc.
The property is a 15,754 s/f brick building that is north of Hoxie Four Corners.
Thomas Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the receiver for the Temple AM David, and Ronald LeClair of RE/MAX Town & Country represented the buyer.
In another transaction, Lincoln Environmental Properties LLC leased 4,000 s/f of office space located at 333 George Washington Hwy. to ELITechGroup Inc.
