Stamp of Residential Properties sells condominium for $1.4 million

Bristol, RI Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL) completed the sale of 345 Thames St. 110 North for $1.4 million with Barbara Stamp of RPL’s Barrington office as both the listing and selling agent.

Originally built as a series of three historic brick mills in Downtown Bristol, the Stone Harbour Condominiums have been transformed into 81 residences equipped with an infinity pool, gym, pedestrian boardwalk, and 39-slip marina.

Unit 110 North is a corner unit with open concept living, bamboo floors, and water views of Bristol Harbor.
