Lincoln, RI Thomas Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal brokered the $1.4 million sale of a 213,457 s/f industrial building that sits on 5.86 acres.
Lincoln Freight Terminal, Inc. sold 50 Industrial Circle to 50 Industrial Circle, LLC. The property hosts two major tenants and has a long history of public storage use.
Sweeney represented the seller and George Paskalis of MG Commercial represented the buyer.
