Sweeney and Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represent Liberty Title & Escrow Company in $2.6 million sale
Liberty Title & Escrow Company purchased the property at 275 West Natick Rd. for $2.6 million from LSREF2 Nova Investments II, LLC. The property is made up of 19.75 acres and has 105,118 s/f of total building space.
Liberty Title & Escrow Company occupies a portion of this property and plans to lease the remaining area.
Thomas Sweeney, SIOR and Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented Liberty Title & Escrow Company and Thomas Barry and Michael Wall of CBRE | New England represented LSREF2 Nova Investments II, LLC.
