Albert Realtors completes $525,000 sale and leases 1,100 s/f in Cranston
Janet Scaralia of Albert Realtors has completed the sale of 60 Walnut Grove Ave. for $525,000. The property is a 12,832 s/f commercial multi-use.
The selling company was Patriot Realty and the selling agent was Ed Kazarian. The seller was Steven Rossi and the purchaser was 161 Ridge Street Realty LLC.
In another transaction, Albert Scaralia leased 1,100 s/f at 75B West Industrial Dr. to Marco Construction Corp.
