Surprenant of MG Commercial sells Bay Tavares building - $3.6m
Gerry Surprenant, SIOR of MG Commercial sold the former Bay Tavares Nursing Home building at 101 Plain St.
Surprenant represented the buyer, who intends to convert this seven story, former full service nursing home, to a multi-tenanted facility for use as general medical office and clinical space. The buyer has the property 32% pre-leased.
The sale price was $3.6 million.
