Peter Scotti & Assoc. sells 160,000 s/f Slater Cotton Mill for $1.425m
Peter M. Scotti & Assoc., Inc. brokered the sale of the Slater Cotton Mill at 38 Church St.
The mill contained 160,000 s/f on a 1.6 acre site.
The 4 story, masonry structure was built in 1882 as a textile mill, but has most recently been utilized as a furniture warehouse.
The buyer, Brady Sullivan Properties of Manchester, N.H. plans to convert the mill for residential use.
The selling price was $1.425 million.
