Surprenant of MG Commercial sells 8,000 s/f office condo for $575,000: at FH French's 6 Blackstone Valley Place
Gerry Surprenant, SIOR and partner at MG Commercial sold a 8,000 s/f two story of condominium at 6 Blackstone Valley Place.
The seller of the property was T-Lou Realty, LLC and the buyer was 6 Blackstone Valley Place LLC.
After refurbishment, the property will become the home of Ocean State Pain Management who will relocate from Woonsocket.
6 Blackstone Valley Place is an office condominium campus, which was developed by FH French Company in the 1980s and 1990s, and contains over 120,000 s/f in seven one and two story brick buildings.
The sale price was $575,000.
