Scaralia of Albert Realtors sells 24 Cory Avenue building
Janet Scaralia of Albert Realtors sold a mixed-use building at 24 Cory Ave. for $190,000 to Larry Dubroff.
The 6,400 s/f lot has a 3,321 s/f storage warehouse and two apartment units. The seller was Donald and Larry Welesko.
In a West Warwick transaction, Scaralia listed and leased 1,000 s/f of office space at 121 Phenix Ave.
