Surprenant of MG Commercial sells 6,200 s/f office condo - $999,900
Gerry Surprenant, SIOR of MG Commercial and Ann Marie Kirwin of Remax Advantage have sold a 6,200 s/f office condominium at 2358 South County Trail.
The property is a 10,400 s/f class a single-story office building, with Kent County Hospital owning 4,200 s/f and Zarrella Development Corp. owning 6,200 s/f.
Surprenant represented Zarrella.
Kirwin represented the buyer, SCT Realty Holding, LLC, a local medical dental group.
The sale price was $999,900.
