Greene and Lucivero of Hayes & Sherry lease 4,800 s/f to Bottles
Bill Greene and David Lucivero of Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services have leased 4,800 s/f of retail space at Riverview Place located on Pitman St. on the East Side of the city to Bottles, a new full service liquor store.
Greene represented the tenant.
Lucivero represented the landlord, KGI Properties. KGI Props. is a joint venture between The Koffler Group and Great Island Development.
Bottles leased the former Blockbuster space. Riverview Place is a 55,000 s/f retail center. The current tenants at Riverview include Eastside Marketplace, BankRI, Rite Aid and a new Boston Sports Club.
Providence, RI Shawmut Design and Construction celebrated the ceremonial groundbreaking for the 195 District Park Pavilion, marking the start of construction on a facility that will feature year-round dining and support space for park operations.
