Surprenant and Mitchell of MG Comm'l. lease 10,350 s/f for new medical office
Gerry Surprenant, SIOR and Leeds Mitchell IV of MG Commercial Real Estate have leased 10,350 s/f of new medical office at 2814 Post Rd. Michael Integlia & Company, the lessor in the transaction recently acquired this former McDonald's restaurant site and will construct the new facility for Fresenius Medical Care of Rhode Island. Once complete, the building will serve as their new kidney dialysis facility.
Surprenant, SIOR and Mitchell IV were the exclusive brokers in the transaction.
