Summit Realty Partners signs two leases totaling 6,459 s/f

Wayland, MA Summit Realty Partners, Inc. has completed new leases at Wayland Town Center to X-Golf, an indoor golf entertainment concept and Femiluxe, a nail bar and current tenant at Wayland Town Center.  Femiluxe signed a lease to expand their space to meet the needs of their growing business at the center.

X-Golf has leased 4,639 s/f located next to Ace Hardware on Andrew Ave. X-Golf, which was founded in 2005 and is currently expanding across the U.S., is an indoor golf entertainment concept which provides a unique experience for all customers, not only golf enthusiasts. The new X-Golf location at the Wayland Town Center will also feature food and beverage.

Femiluxe nail bar has signed a 1,820 s/f lease to expand their current salon space. This family-owned and operated salon has been a tenant at Wayland Town Center, and they offer a variety of services such as manicures, pedicures and waxing. 

Wayland Town Center is also getting a website. This will serve as a great platform for residents, customers, and those interested in learning more about events and shopping at Wayland Town Center.
