The property owner is looking for a restaurant that is interested in leasing the building to take advantage of the existing restaurant infrastructure and the location at the intersection entrance to Nagog Park seeing 16,000 vehicles per day. Chris McMahon and Travis Ginsberg of Summit Realty Partners represented the seller, KVA NAGOG LLC and Wendy Crandall Mauriello of Crandall Group represented the buyer.
