MarketStreet opens The Rink by SBLI

Lynnfield, MA The Rink at MarketStreet, presented by SBLI Life Insurance, entered into its tenth season on November 11. MarketStreet hosted a 10th anniversary bash with an opening skating party with a live DJ, festive snacks, a hot cocoa bar, and wintry games, including outdoor curling lanes and ice cornhole.

MarketStreets’ The Rink features cast iron chimenea fire pits, and benches surround the ice giving guests a great place to relax, cozy up, and enjoy time together outside. The Rink’s warming tent, also located steps from the ice, houses skate rentals and keeps both spectators and skaters toasty. Open from November 11 through February 25, The Rink is located on The Green near lululemon, J.Crew and JP Licks in MarketStreet.

This annual winter experience joins MarketStreet’s  lineup of over 80 shops and restaurants alongside the property’s year-round calendar of community driven programming including popular seasonal events and area fundraisers.

“What better way to keep our 10th anniversary celebration going than with our annual opening of The Rink, a seasonal tradition for our area community and all of greater Boston,” said Charlotte Woods, general manager of MarketStreet. “The Rink is always a welcome sign that both the holidays and outdoor winter fun are just around the corner!”
