East Greenwich, RI Evan Storti of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the landlords in two lease agreements on Main St.

The first lease agreement was executed at 267 Main St. with Rhode Island Pelvic Wellness, LLC. The tenant, represented by Kenneth Dill of Cresa, took possession of the space on June 1st, with plans to open shortly. Rhode Island Pelvic Wellness, LLC specializes in comprehensive pelvic health services, bringing a valuable healthcare resource to the community.

In another retail lease transaction, Storti brokered the lease for 530 Main St. to StretchMed. This business offers personalized one-on-one stretching sessions designed to eliminate chronic pain, increase mobility, rejuvenate, and enhance overall well-being. StretchMed also took possession of their new space on June 1st and aims to commence operations soon.
