Spruce Peak completes $34 million sellout of 18 Village Townhomes

Stowe, VT Spruce Peak has completed the  $34 million sellout of all 18 newly constructed Village Townhomes. This is the second consecutive residential development at Spruce Peak to sell out prior to the completion of construction. The Townhomes’ success comes on the heels of the Mountain Cabins and Club Residences sellouts over the past 18 months.

Located in the heart of Spruce Peak, which offers dining, shopping, a spa and clubhouse, the Village Townhomes offer views of Vermont’s highest mountain, Mount Mansfield. Additionally, residents are steps away from the chairlift, golf course, adventure center and ice rink.

These homes feature three-four bedrooms, three full baths, a powder room and range from 2,000-2,200 s/f of living space plus a heated garage. The architectural features consist of exposed wood beam ceilings, large double height windows and vintage oak floors, all embodying the true contemporary mountain lifestyle of Spruce Peak.

“The unprecedented rate of development and growth of our community has been nothing short of amazing. With the completion of each new residence, we are overjoyed to welcome new families, club members and skiers on the mountain,” said Spruce Peak’s president, Sam Gaines.

Stay tuned as Spruce Peak plans to announce its next slopeside project in summer.
