Prolman Realty leases 61 Spit Brook Road and 251 West Hollis Street totaling 5,266 s/f
Nashua, NH Prolman Realty, Inc. has leased 2,266 s/f of first class office space to Panviva, Inc. at 61 Spit Brook Rd. According to Mark Prolman who represented Panviva and Denis Dancoes of Cushman Wakefield who represented the building owner, Farley White Management Company.
In another transaction, Prolman Realty, Inc. has leased 251 West Hollis St. consisting of 3,000 s/f of warehouse space to Hudson K9 Training Center, LLC.
According to Lisa Ferrari and Mark Prolman who represented the lessor, the space will be utilized for dog obedience training.
