Spencer of Maine Realty Advisors sells two properties
Belgrade, ME Manchester Self Storage, LLC purchased a five-acre parcel at 210 Augusta Rd. from Ronald and Diana Bellavance for $275,000. Ben Spencer of Maine Realty Advisors and Dennis Wheelock of KW Commercial brokered the deal.
In Winthrop, KatCam Properties LLC purchased 6,000 s/f of self storage at 89 Peck Farm Rd. & 0 Main St. from Arthur and Cynthia Crowell for $595,000. Spencer of Maine Realty Advisors and Wheelock of KW Commercial brokered the sale.
