Cobb of Colliers and Mitchell of Malone Commercial lease 5,150 s/f

Biddeford, ME According to Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, Colliers Engineering and Design has leased 5,150 s/f at 234 Main St. Mike Cobb, of Colliers in Maine, represented the tenant and Brandon Mitchell, of Malone Commercial Brokerage, represented the landlord.

Colliers Engineering & Design, an affiliate of Colliers, is a provider of multi-discipline engineering and architecture, design, and consulting services to public and private sector clients.

“We are very excited to join the growing and vibrant Biddeford community, while being able to better support our clients in the southern Maine and New Hampshire Seacoast regions,” said Sean Pierce, regional leader Colliers Engineering & Design.
