Mike Caliva

Boston, MA Skanska USA Commercial Development has promoted Mike Caliva to vice president of development in the U.S. In this role, he will take on expanded responsibility within the local office and CDUS and will continue his role leading the teams responsible for the development of 380 Stuart St., as well as the first residential building and one of the life sciences buildings of Longwood Place.

He remains an active member of NAIOP’s Boston chapter and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Regional Real Estate Development Council. Caliva also serves on the board of directors of Project Place, a Boston-based nonprofit that provides skills, education, and resources to individuals experiencing homelessness to obtain and sustain employment and housing.
