NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs sell Quail Hollow Golf & Country Club for $2.3 million

Oakham, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs has sold Quail Hollow Golf & Country Club, located at 1822 Old Turnpike Rd. for $2.3 million. The course will continue to operate as an 18- hole golf course under new management. 

NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs principal Michael Jacobs and vice president Jonah Glickman represented the seller in the transaction. After designing, building, and operating the course for over three decades, Garrett and Deborah Donlin decided to sell the club in preparation for retirement. The buyers, Carl and Collen Fitz, were represented by Eddie Williams of Anchorage Real Estate Group. 

Jacobs said, “We’re excited to see Quail Hollow Golf & Country Club continue under new ownership with a fresh vision for the future. The Fitz family’s commitment to investing in the course while preserving its long-standing traditions ensures it will remain a special place for both the local community and visiting golfers.”
