Scotti and Kern of Peter M. Scotti broker $1.55 million sale in Cranston
Peter M. Scotti and Associates completed the sale of 1150 New London Ave. to New London RE, LLC, a local investor. The 21,178 s/f office building was fully occupied at the time of sale. The property is located on Rte. 2.
The sale price for the property was $1.55 million. The seller, 1150, LLC was represented by Peter Scotti and Michael Kern, represented the purchaser.
